One clear, well-lit photo of just you, facing the camera, with your hair visible if you want to explore hair. AfterLook checks the photo on your phone and gives a specific tip if it’s blurry, backlit, cropped or if sunglasses hide your eyes. A rejected photo never uses a credit.

Yes. AfterLook finds the faces, asks “Which one is you?”, crops to you and blurs everyone else before anything is uploaded. You can’t create previews of other people.

Tap Not quite me on the result and choose what changed. When a result fails our quality bar, you may get a corrective attempt at no cost. If you simply prefer a different style, that’s a new experiment.

If a preview fails or is blocked, the credit is returned automatically. Accepted jobs keep running if you close the app, and the result appears on your You home when ready. If something still looks wrong, email us; you can attach access to that one job so we don’t need to see your other photos.

Hair (cuts, parts, length, fringe, texture styling, volume, tapers and colour previews), facial hair, brows, makeup and glasses. AfterLook keeps your features, skin tone, expression and background, and won’t make anatomical changes.

Only when you confirm a new AI preview after seeing its cost. Choosing options, browsing, restoring an earlier version, comparing, voting, exporting and text advice don’t use image credits. Your first Reveal is free.

No. Credits you receive never expire, including after you cancel a plan. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew. Monthly advice replies reset each billing period.

In AfterLook, tap your avatar on the You tab to open Profile & settings, go to your plan and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases waiting for Ask to Buy approval appear once approved.

On your iPhone open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › AfterLook and tap Cancel Subscription, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Your saved work stays.

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Only you, until you choose to share. Saving never publishes. Posts in a Circle are visible to its current members; new members only see posts made after they joined.

Tap the ••• menu on any post, reply, poll or profile and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides both of your content from each other. You can also mute or leave a Circle at any time.

Open the notice in the app and tap Appeal within 14 days, or email us. A different reviewer makes the decision.

Email faraz@autosolvelabs.com with “Removal request” in the subject. You don’t need an account. Tell us where it appears, confirm it shows you and was shared without your consent, and how to reach you. We aim to remove valid requests within 48 hours, along with known identical copies.

In Profile & settings (tap your avatar on the You tab), open Privacy and manage your photos. Before deleting, AfterLook shows which Looks were made from it and lets you keep them.

In Profile & settings, open Privacy and choose Delete my account. Deletion is immediate with no undo. It doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that separately, and unused credits aren’t refunded. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account.

In Profile & settings, open Privacy and tap Request export. When the export is ready, you get a short-lived download link.

Only the photo you choose and your stated preferences, to make your previews and suggestions. It isn’t used to train AI models. You can tap Turn off AI processing in Profile & settings › Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.

Teens aged 16–17 need your approval before any upload. You can withdraw approval with the link in your confirmation email, which pauses the account while keeping export and deletion available. Email us to review or delete your teen’s data.
